Simply upload your photograph using the Upload Photo button on the product page when placing your order. If you're unsure about anything, we're happy to help.

Our predesigned memorial slates give you a starting point with an existing layout and design that you can personalise. They're a lovely choice if you've seen a style you like.

A custom slate is ideal when you'd prefer your tribute to be created around your own photograph and ideas.

The options depend on the product and layout you've chosen. If you have a longer poem or a particular message in mind, get in touch before ordering and we'll help you work out what's possible.

Send us the best copy you have and we'll advise you. Depending on its condition, photo restoration may help repair scratches and improve colour and clarity before the picture is used in your memorial design.

Every photograph is different, so we can't promise that every mark or missing detail can be repaired.

For our personalised memorial slate designs, we send a preview the next morning after receiving the photograph and details needed to prepare your design.

Take a moment to check the spelling, names, dates and message. If you'd like something adjusted, let us know before the design is approved for printing.

Depending on the product, this may include changing colours, wording, photographs or layout. Tell us what you'd like when ordering, and we'll let you know what's possible.

When you receive your preview, you can request suitable adjustments before the item goes to print.
