Yes. Our personalised banners are designed using your own photographs. Original photos from your phone or camera normally give the best result. If a photo may not reproduce well, we'll let you know before printing.

You can still place your order. If your photographs are too large or you have trouble uploading them, send them separately by email, WeTransfer or Dropbox and include your order number so we can match them to your order.

Yes. We'll create your personalised artwork and send a FREE design proof by email before printing. Check your photographs, names, dates, wording and layout carefully and request any changes before approving it.

Yes. Changes can normally be made before you approve your proof. Reply to the proof email with the changes you'd like and we'll update the artwork before printing.

Our banners are printed on high-quality matt bond 230gsm paper. This gives the banner a professional matt finish while keeping it practical for party and event display.

Most proofs are emailed within 24 hours. After approval, DPD Standard delivery is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. Express Next Day delivery is also available for eligible orders. For a specific deadline, contact us before ordering.

Yes. FREE Click & Collect is available from McGee's Photocentre, Main Street, Killybegs, Co. Donegal. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Personalised banners are made especially for you and cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind once production has begun. Please check your FREE proof carefully before approval. If there is a printing fault, damage or an error we made, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll help resolve it.
