Yes. If you have printed photographs rather than digital copies, you can post them to us.

If the photographs are important or irreplaceable, we recommend using a tracked or registered postal service. Please keep your originals safe until we confirm that they have arrived.

Yes. If you're local to Killybegs, you're very welcome to bring your photographs into McGee's Photocentre, Main Street, Killybegs, Co. Donegal.

We can scan or copy old printed photographs and help you get them ready to use in your order.

Yes. Old printed photographs can be copied so they can be used in your personalised order.

This is particularly useful for childhood photographs, family photographs and other memories that may only exist as an old print.

You don't need to visit us to order. We work with customers throughout Ireland and you can send your photographs digitally using WeTransfer, Dropbox or email.

Printed photographs can also be posted to us. If you're nearby, you're always welcome to call into the shop.

Yes. We send a FREE design proof before printing where applicable. You can check the photographs, spelling, dates, wording and layout before approving it.

Our current process is to email proofs within 24 hours. Approving your proof promptly helps us get your order into production as quickly as possible.

Yes. Changes can normally be made before you approve your design. You can ask us to change wording, photographs, colours, layout or other details.

Nothing is printed until you have approved your personalised design.

Please check the names, spelling, dates, photographs, wording and overall layout carefully.

Once you approve your proof, production begins and changes can no longer normally be made.

Orders can normally be cancelled before production begins. If a design proof has already been created, a €20 design fee applies to a cancellation.

Once your proof has been approved and production has started, personalised printed items cannot normally be cancelled. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the full details.

Personalised products are made specifically for you and cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind once production has begun.

If the product is faulty, damaged or we have made an error, please contact us. Full information is available on our Returns & Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

If there is an error in the personalisation caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item.

If an error was approved on your proof, changes may not be possible after production has started, which is why checking your proof carefully is so important.

For Irish orders, DPD Standard is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. DPD Express Next Day is usually 1 working day after dispatch.

Yes. FREE Click & Collect is available from McGee's Photocentre in Killybegs, Co. Donegal.
