Can I use my own photographs on the banner?

Yes. Our personalised banners are designed using your own photographs. Original photos from your phone or camera normally give the best result. If a photo may not reproduce well, we'll let you know before printing.

What if my photographs will not upload?

You can still place your order. If your photographs are too large or you have trouble uploading them, send them separately by email, WeTransfer or Dropbox and include your order number so we can match them to your order.

Why won't my banner add to the cart?

Make sure all required personalisation options on the product page have been completed. If the Add to Cart button still does not work, refresh the page and try again on another browser or device. If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll help.

Will I see my banner before it is printed?

Yes. We'll create your personalised artwork and send a FREE design proof by email before printing. Check your photographs, names, dates, wording and layout carefully and request any changes before approving it.

Can I change the photographs, wording or colours?

Yes. Changes can normally be made before you approve your proof. Reply to the proof email with the changes you'd like and we'll update the artwork before printing.

What paper are your personalised banners printed on?

Our banners are printed on high-quality matt bond 230gsm paper. This gives the banner a professional matt finish while keeping it practical for party and event display.

Where is Domore.ie located?

Domore.ie is part of McGee's Photocentre on Main Street, Killybegs, Co. Donegal. You can also order online for delivery throughout Ireland.

How quickly can my banner be delivered?

Most proofs are emailed within 24 hours. After approval, DPD Standard delivery is usually 1–3 working days after dispatch. Express Next Day delivery is also available for eligible orders. For a specific deadline, contact us before ordering.

Can I collect my banner instead of having it delivered?

Yes. FREE Click & Collect is available from McGee's Photocentre, Main Street, Killybegs, Co. Donegal. We'll email you when your order is ready.

Can I return a personalised banner if I change my mind?

Personalised banners are made especially for you and cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind once production has begun. Please check your FREE proof carefully before approval. If there is a printing fault, damage or an error we made, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll help resolve it.

What details should I put on a Christening banner?

Popular details include the baby's name, Christening date, church, parents' names, photographs and a personal message.

Can you make a Naming Day banner?

Yes. If your celebration is a Naming Day rather than a traditional Christening, tell us when ordering and we'll adapt the wording accordingly.

Can I use newborn or family photographs?

Yes. Newborn photographs, family photographs and other suitable images from the baby's early life can be used.
