Frequently Asked Questions About Personalised Mugs

Everything You Need To Know Before Ordering

Looking for a personalised mug in Ireland? Find answers to the most common questions about our photo mugs, funny mugs, personalised gift mugs and custom mug designs, including personalisation, previews, delivery and returns.

Can I personalise one of these mugs?

Yes. Our personalised mugs are designed to be made around your chosen details. Depending on the mug design, you may be able to add photos, names, wording, colours or other personal details. The available personalisation options are shown on the individual product page.

Can I see a preview of my personalised mug before it is printed?

Yes. A digital preview is available as an optional €3 extra. If you would like to see your design before printing, select the €3 Preview option at the bottom of the product page when ordering.

If you do not select the preview option, your mug will be produced using the personalisation and photos supplied with your order.

Where do I select the €3 mug preview?

The €3 preview option can be selected at the bottom of the individual product page. Simply choose the preview option before adding your personalised mug to your basket.

How long does a personalised mug take to make?

Our personalised mugs are normally made and dispatched within 2 working days. This gives us time to prepare your personalised design, print the mug and carefully package it for delivery.

How quickly will my mug be delivered?

Personalised mugs are normally dispatched within 2 working days, with delivery available across Ireland. If you are ordering for a birthday, Christmas, wedding, anniversary or another important date, we recommend allowing enough time for both production and delivery.

Can I order a personalised mug as a last-minute gift?

Our 2 working day production time makes personalised mugs a practical gift when you do not have weeks to wait. However, delivery time is separate from production, so please allow sufficient time for your order to reach you.

What photos can I use on a photo mug?

You can use your own photographs for many of our photo mugs and personalised designs. For the best printed result, choose a clear, good-quality photograph with the subject well lit and avoid heavily cropped or very low-resolution images where possible.

Can I create a mug using my own idea?

Yes. If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for in one of our mug collections, you can create your own personalised mug using our Make Your Own Mug option.

This is ideal when you want a mug built around your own photos, wording, names or gift idea.

Are personalised mugs suitable for birthdays?

Absolutely. Personalised birthday mugs make an easy gift for family, friends, partners, work colleagues and children. Our birthday mug designs can include names, ages, photos, funny messages and personalised details, depending on the design.

Are personalised mugs suitable as wedding gifts?

If your mug arrives damaged or there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

What if my personalised mug arrives damaged?
