Every product we create is made especially for you using your chosen names, wording, photographs and personal details. Because each item is unique, it cannot normally be resold or returned unless it is faulty or we have made an error during production.

Our returns policy follows Irish and EU consumer legislation relating to personalised goods made to a customer's own specifications.

Good to know: Orders can normally be changed or cancelled before your proof has been approved. However Orders cancelled after a design proof has been created are subject to a €20 design fee

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders can normally be cancelled before production begins.
  • Changes can usually be made before approving your proof.
  • Once your proof has been approved, production starts immediately.
  • Printed personalised items cannot be cancelled.

If We Make a Mistake

We take great care with every order. If something isn't right, we'll work quickly to resolve it.

  • Damaged during delivery.

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

Please Check Your Proof

Before printing, we'll send a design proof (where applicable). Please carefully check every detail before giving your approval.

Names Double-check all spellings.
Dates Confirm important dates are correct.
Photographs Ensure you've selected the correct images.
Layout Review the overall design before approval.
Please note: Once your proof has been approved, production begins immediately. At this stage, changes can no longer be made and personalised products cannot be cancelled or refunded unless they are faulty or we've made an error.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can normally be cancelled before production begins. Yes. But if a design proof has already been created, a €20 design fee will apply
Can I change my photographs or wording?
Yes. We can usually make changes before you've approved your design proof. There is no lmit on how many changes you can make.
My parcel arrived damaged.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We'll investigate straight away and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
I approved my proof but noticed a spelling mistake afterwards.
Unfortunately, once your proof has been approved and production has started, we cannot make changes or offer refunds for customer-approved errors.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind once production has begun. Personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the normal 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right for online purchases under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
