Personalised Family Photo Collages

When ordering, first choose whether you want a Canvas or Framed photo collage from the product options. You can then choose the size you want. The price automatically increases when you select a larger size, so you'll always see the price for the size you've chosen before adding it to your basket.

It depends on the size you choose. The 10×8 inch print in a 12×10 inch frame is ideal for around 6–8 photos, the 12×10 inch size around 6–12 photos, the 16×12 inch size around 10–25 photos, and the 20×16 inch size around 10–50 photos. The more photos you add, the smaller each individual photograph will appear.

You can send your photographs using our How To Send Us Your Photos guide. We accept photographs through WeTransfer, Dropbox or email. Please include your order number so we can match your photographs to your order.

Yes. You can send photographs directly from your phone. Wherever possible, send the original photographs rather than screenshots or heavily compressed versions.

Once your order and photographs have been received, we'll prepare your personalised photo collage and create a proof for you to check before printing. You can review the photographs, names, dates, wording and layout before approving it.

We aim to get your proof to you quickly, with most proofs sent the next morning when your photographs and order details have been received. During particularly busy periods, it may occasionally take a little longer.

Yes. That's exactly what the proof is for. If you'd like photographs moved, wording changed or other adjustments made, simply let us know and we'll make the changes before printing.

Yes. Your personalised photo collage isn't printed until you have checked the proof and approved the design. This gives you the opportunity to check the photographs, spelling, dates and wording.

Yes. Older photographs can be used if you have a suitable digital copy or scan. If you're unsure whether a photograph is suitable, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise you.

Yes. Names, dates and personalised wording can be included in your collage. Please provide the exact spelling and wording with your order so we can include it correctly in your proof.

If you need your collage for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, Communion or another special date, please contact us before ordering. We'll check the current production and delivery timeframe and let you know what is possible.

Once your proof is approved, your collage goes into production and we aim to dispatch completed orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or because of courier delays. You can see our Shipping & Delivery information for more details.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage. We'll investigate the problem and advise you on the next step.

Because your collage is personalised and made specifically for you, personalised products cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. Please see our Returns & Cancellations information for full details. If your order is faulty, damaged or has been produced incorrectly, please contact us promptly.
