Domore.ie is the online trading name of McGees Photocentre Ltd, an Irish retailer specialising in personalised gifts, banners, photo products, canvas prints, framed prints and custom-made items.

Every personalised order is individually produced using the wording, photographs and information supplied by our customers.

By accessing or using Domore.ie, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and any other policies published on our website.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you should not use this website or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version published on Domore.ie will always apply to new orders.

By placing an order with Domore.ie, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, including names, dates, delivery addresses, photographs and personalised wording.

Once your order has been received, we'll begin preparing your artwork where applicable before production starts.

For many personalised products we'll send you a design proof before production begins. This allows you to review your artwork and request any changes before printing.

Please carefully check every detail before approving your proof.

Almost every product sold by Domore.ie is individually made to order using your wording, photographs or personal details. Because these products are created specifically for you, they cannot normally be resold.

If you cancel your order after a design proof has been created but before production begins, a €20 design fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the time spent preparing your personalised artwork.

All prices displayed on Domore.ie are shown in Euro (€). While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, genuine pricing errors may occasionally occur.

Payment must be successfully authorised before production of your order can begin.

We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible once production has been completed. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and may occasionally vary during busy periods or because of courier delays.

As most products sold by Domore.ie are personalised and made specifically to your requirements, they cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged during delivery or we have made an error during production.

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem.

Unless otherwise stated, all website content including text, graphics, photographs, logos and product designs remains the property of Domore.ie or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

By uploading photographs or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or have permission to use it.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information provided when placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Your information is used only for processing your order, providing customer support and fulfilling our legal obligations.

While we take every reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website and the quality of every product we produce, Domore.ie shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by law.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under Irish or European consumer law.
