Simpsons-Style Family Caricatures

No problem. You can send your photos separately by email or WeTransfer. Send them to declan@domore.ie and include your order number so we can match them to your order.

Follow our photo-sending guide for the easiest way to send your images.

Yes. Send them to declan@domore.ie and remember to include your order number. We'll need your photographs and the information required for your design before we can get started.

Send the clearest, highest-quality original photo you have. Photos straight from your phone or camera are usually best. Avoid screenshots or images downloaded from social media where possible, as they may lose detail.

Not sure which photo to use? Email us before ordering and we'll be happy to advise.

Please allow approximately one week for your hand-drawn caricature proof after we've received everything we need. Check your spam or junk folder as well, just in case the email has landed there.

If you're still waiting, contact us with your order number and we'll check on it for you.

Tell us your deadline before ordering. As every caricature is hand-drawn, followed by proof approval, printing and delivery, it needs time to complete.

We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee an exact delivery date. Please contact us before ordering if your gift is needed urgently.

Free Click & Collect is available from McGee's Photocentre, Main Street, Killybegs, County Donegal. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

See our shipping and collection information for further details.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. A €20 design fee applies when cancelling after a proof has been created. Once your proof has been approved and production has started, your personalised order generally cannot be cancelled.

Because each item is made specifically for you, change-of-mind returns are generally not available for personalised products. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy for the full details.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect or contains incorrect personalisation.

Email your order number and clear photographs of the problem to declan@domore.ie. We'll look into it and help put things right.

Delivery options and charges depend on the service selected at checkout. Available tracking details are sent after dispatch. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced and dispatched.

See our Shipping & Delivery page for current options, costs and estimated delivery times.

You're welcome to get in touch. Email declan@domore.ie or call 074 974 1747. Please include your order number if you've already ordered.
